MONTREAL, May 11, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Air Canada has been named as one of the top five most attractive company brands to work for in Canada, according to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) independent survey of Canadians to determine which brands they would most like to work for.
"Being named one of the top five most attractive companies to work for in the country is yet another testament to the successful evolution of our culture," says Arielle Meloul-Wechsler, Senior Vice-President, People, Culture and Communications at Air Canada. "This most recent recognition follows Air Canada being named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for five consecutive years and being named one of Canada's best diversity employers for the third consecutive year. Together, these awards affirm our transformation to becoming a Top 10 Airline in everything we do."
REBR conducts an impartial survey across an extensive demographic. Participants in the REBR survey ranked companies based on 10 key factors including salary and benefits, job security and job content. As there is no company participation, the survey is considered objective.
