Air Lease Corporation and Air France Sign a Sale and Lease-Back Agreement for
Six Aircraft
</pre> <p><span class="xn-location">LOS ANGELES</span>, <span class="xn-chron">Aug. 3</span> /CNW/ -- Air Lease Corporation, a company led by Steven F. Udvar-Hazy, Chairman/CEO, and Air <span class="xn-location">France</span> have signed sale and lease-back agreements for one used A319-115, two new Airbus A320-200's, one used Airbus A321-200, one used A330-200 and one new Boeing 777-300ER.</p> <p/> <p>The delivery of the three used aircraft occurred on <span class="xn-chron">June 30, 2010</span>. The two new Airbus aircraft are scheduled for delivery in early 2011. The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft is scheduled for delivery later this year.</p> <p/> <p>"We are extremely pleased to continue a long-standing and important relationship with one of the world's premier airlines.
