Simon is a senior associate who brings to the firm a wealth of experience in P3s. Prior to joining A&B, Simon was senior legal counsel at Infrastructure Ontario where he specialized in the development and procurement of large and complex public infrastructure projects in a number of areas, including transit, health, policing, justice and water treatment and distribution.
