Rain did not dampen the enthusiasm of Canada's best known automotive journalists as they continued to test-drive 157 vehicles taking part in AJAC's Canadian Car of the Year Awards program here at the Niagara Drive Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Why so dedicated? Our journalists are road-test experts charged with the task of determining the "Best New" 2010 vehicles in twelve categories.
Why does it matter? If you need to compare the Ford Fusion Hybrid with a Toyota Prius or a BMW 335 Sedan with a Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan, then look no further than the AJAC web site. Our journalists' vote results - including all of the comparative test data amassed this week - are on our web site for your use as a consumer resource buying guide.
Nowhere will you find more detailed comparative data in your on-line search for a new vehicle.
Our journalists drive every vehicle back-to-back on the same day, under the same conditions (yes - even rain). They use public roads so that the information passed on to you - the consumer - is relevant to every day life.
You can watch the journalists test-drive the vehicles by viewing a short video on our web site or on YouTube.
Photos from TestFest are posted daily to our web site as well as on your favourite social networking site.

FYI: the "Best New" 2010 winners will be announced on-site at the actual TestFest event this
Still looking to buy a 2009, 2008 , or even an older vehicle? AJAC archives the comparative test data and vote results from previous years on its web site.
