Alan Thicke wants you to get in his bed for a good cause. Bid on it by November 22!

TORONTO, Nov. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Alan Thicke's Bed has arrived at ReStore! 

In ReStore's latest campaign, done pro bono by JWT Canada to support Habitat for Humanity GTA, Alan Thicke, yes THE Alan Thicke, is in a new a video where he is seen lounging, reading, and rolling around on his bed, all before declaring he is donating it to ReStore to be auctioned off.

The bed, which travelled across the US from LA, has finally arrived at one of Habitat Greater Toronto Area's ReStore locations on 155 Bermondsey Rd.  Anyone can bid on the online bed at www.AlanThickesBed.com and have the chance to get in Alan Thicke's bed… literally!

Bidding closes on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at midnight.

Habitat for Humanity GTA ReStores sell new and gently-used donated building and household products to the general public at 50-80% off the original retail price. They accept donations from corporations, small businesses, organizations and individuals. Habitat GTA's nine ReStore retail operations fund the charity's administration and fundraising costs. This means that every donated dollar goes directly to building affordable homes and serving families living in need. Total 2014 sales will reach over $6 million, which translates into approximately 3,075 metric tons, or 88 fully loaded City of Toronto dump trucks, of material diverted from landfills.
