("AMI") is pleased to announce that it has reached the very important milestone of 140 days of magnesium pilot production from its demonstration plant in Danville, Quebec. This magnesium production represents the highest in quality standards, which are aligned with market requirements. The robustness demonstrated by AMI's technology and the consistency of its results are part of the constant improvement of the process and the collection of technical and economic information necessary for the subsequent phases of AMI's production.

AMI is in technical and financial preparation for its commercial production phase, which will require an investment of over $CAD 100 million and will create 70 direct jobs.
