TORONTO, April 23, 2015 /CNW/ - The Big Brother Canada house has split in two following a shocking blindside eviction that sent Cloverdale, B.C.'s Jordan Parhar home in a close 5-4 vote. The houseguests faced one of the most turbulent weeks yet after Sindy with an S fought her way back in to the house and blew up everyone's alliances, while building her own empire of allies. This new divide in the house sealed Jordan's fate as Sindy leaked his secret alliance with Zach and rallied the votes to send the self-proclaimed superfan packing, making it one of the most epic Big Brother Canada blindsides ever.
"I don't know what to think right now. I am so shocked, this is crazy, I just got evicted!" stated 21 year-old Jordan Parhar upon exiting the house. After Arisa asked Jordan why he would nominate himself and throw the Veto competition, he said, "I'll tell you one thing, never ever get too comfortable in this game – even when your best bud is HOH and he says he will win the Power of Veto and pull you off. Unbelievable. Let's be honest Arisa, I'm an idiot!"
After Captain Canada (Zach) won HOH, he rallied with his partner-in-crime and fellow Newport alliance member, Jordan, to craft a blueprint for this week's eviction. In order to steer the house away from any suspicion that the Newport duo was working together, Jordan offered himself up as bait so they could backdoor a strong player. At the nomination ceremony, Zach named Godfrey and Jordan as this week's nominees. After assuring Jordan that he would save him and go after Bruno or Bobby for a backdoor eviction, Zach went on to win POV. Captain Canada went against his word and did not use the Power of Veto on Jordan, paving the way for Sindy to divide the house and conquer the vote with her invaluable intel on the house's secret alliances.
Amidst the scheming, the houseguests were called to the living room to nominate two houseguests for a secret task. The house nominated Sindy and Bobby who were immediately called to The Vault. Upon entering, they saw two beds, two buzzers, and one 24-hour countdown clock. After 24 hours inside The Vault, Arisa appeared on a screen with details about this special Cash Out task. The first person to hit the buzzer in the allotted five minutes could steal $10,000 from the winner's $100,000 grand prize on the condition that they leave the house immediately. Neither Sindy nor Bobby chose to Cash Out and both re-entered the house to find that the houseguests had been watching.
