AlphaNorth Mutual Funds Ltd. Refiling of Financial Statements

TORONTO, Nov. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - AlphaNorth Asset Management announced that it has refiled the interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2014 for the AlphaNorth Growth Fund and the AlphaNorth Resource Fund (together the "Funds"). The Funds are classes of AlphaNorth Mutual Funds Ltd.

A notice on page 2 of the interim financial statements previously indicated the financials were "not audited" for the interim period. The Funds amended the notice to indicate that the financial statements were "not reviewed" by auditors during the interim period.
