Amaya Gaming enters into development and license agreement with Aristocrat

MONTREAL, Jan. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Amaya Gaming Group Inc. (TSX.V: AYA), an entertainment solutions provider for the regulated gaming industry, today announced that it has entered into a development and licensing agreement with a subsidiary of Australia-based gaming company Aristocrat Leisure Limited.

The three-year agreement allows Amaya, through its wholly owned subsidiary Chartwell Technology, to adapt a number of Aristocrat gaming titles for use in online and video lottery terminal (VLT) applications.  The Aristocrat content includes titles such as Wild Panda^TM, Pompeii^TM, and Where's the Gold^TM, all well recognized and proven brands in traditional licensed gaming venues. They will be distributed through Amaya's online and land-based VLT channels where parties will select titles from among Aristocrat's vast catalogue of games.
