American Express Canada unveils new phase of 'Realize the Potential' campaign, bringing the brand's modern services to life
TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2016 /CNW/ - American Express Canada today unveiled the new look of its brand and marketing campaign, Realize the Potential, focused on showcasing the company's digital and mobile services designed to make its Cardmembers' lives simpler, every day.
The new phase of Realize the Potential presents the brand in a more youthful, relevant and engaging way, while still continuing to focus on the benefits and services American Express provides to its Cardmembers. With a core message of "streamlining your life," the campaign demonstrates the value American Express offers to fit the busy, on-the-go lifestyle of today's consumer through services like the Amex App (with new features, like Use Points for Purchases), options to pay with an American Express Card via a mobile device, and exclusive access to presales and entertainment events through email alerts.
"We're all about delivering indispensable service that makes American Express stand out as being more than just a payment card," says David Barnes, VP Advertising & Communications for American Express Canada. "With the new campaign, we are delivering that message through a story-telling approach that reinforces how our service is technology-driven and available to our customers in the palm of their hand via their mobile device."
The refreshed campaign is being rolled-out through a multi-channel approach, including social media videos, advertising and TV commercials (which started airing in Canada on Sept 12), connecting consumers across digital platforms.
The multimedia campaign is supported in Canada by OgilvyOne Worldwide, Mindshare, High Road and Notch Video.
