American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP is pleased to confirm all hotels in North Carolina remain open
VANCOUVER, Sept. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP ("AHIP", the "Company") (TSX: HOT.UN, HOT.U, and HOT.DB.U) is pleased to confirm that its hotels in North Carolina have remained open during Hurricane Florence and these properties have not sustained any meaningful damage as a result of the storm. AHIP has five hotels in the region, all located inland, that represent just 4% of the Company's total hotel guestrooms. These properties were well prepared and continue to cater to guests – including those seeking accommodation as a result of the storm.
