The terms of such transaction will involve the sale of up to 20 million shares of ANEC's Common Stock at a price of USD$0.05 per share or total proceeds of up to <money>$1.0 million</money>. If completed, such a transaction will result in dilution to the present holders of ANEC's Common Stock.
