Anges Québec announces appointment of Nathalie Deshaies as Director of Communications, Professional Development and Communities Français
MONTREAL, Aug. 24, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Anges Québec is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathalie Deshaies to the position of Director of Communications, Professional Development, and communities. Her tasks will include promoting the organization, forging ties with entrepreneurial communities, and leading the evolution of the professional development center for the organization's members.
Ms. Deshaies, who holds a bachelor's in business administration, began her career in Quebec's advertising industry. She then served as interim Marketing Manager for a commercial property of Ivanhoé Cambridge, a real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Before joining the Anges Québec team, Ms. Deshaies also took on the key challenge of repositioning the marketing strategy of Ergonet (now Sid Lee Technologies), a firm specializing in the development of integrated Web platforms.
Building on this experience, she founded INTRAFIC. The agency's business model, centered on brand, commercial offering, and event activation, led her to work with organizations like Loto-Québec, Mixte Magazine, Montreal Children's Hospital, and the Fashion & Design Festival. At the same time, Ms. Deshaies was involved in a variety of charitable causes and developed a keen interest in supporting emerging entrepreneurs. This passion for entrepreneurship is what led her to join the Anges Québec team.
"Bringing Nathalie on board reflects our commitment to supporting our ecosystem with the best people in the industry. Nathalie's diverse expertises are sure to help us achieve our business objectives. Her inspiring career path and contagious enthusiasm led us to choose her. I welcome her warmly," said François Gilbert, president and CEO of Anges Québec.
