Announcement of Notice of Termination and Dissolution of Sunstone Opportunity (2008) Realty Trust

VANCOUVER, May 29, 2014 /CNW/ - Sunstone Opportunity Fund (2008) Limited Partnership ("Sunstone (2008) LP") and Sunstone Opportunity (2008) Realty Trust (the "Trust") (together with Sunstone (2008) LP, the "Issuers") are pleased to announce the termination and dissolution of the Trust, and effective May 27, 2015 ceased to be a reporting issuer.

As previously announced on January 16, 2015 the Trust paid its final special distribution to the Unitholders on January 15, 2015, and notice was provided of the Trustee's intent to terminate and dissolve the Trust.

As the Trust has disposed of all of its assets and has otherwise ceased to carry on an active business, the Trust has been terminated and was dissolved on May 15, 2015 in accordance with its Declaration of Trust dated April 23, 2008, and as amended by the Supplemental Indenture dated November 29, 2013.
