TORONTO, July 20, 2012 /CNW/ - The momentum continues for Big Brother 14. Fresh off of Sunday's outstanding performance, Global's hit reality series prevailed Wednesday night, winning in all four markets as well as nationally (A18-49). Then, last night's tumultuous eviction episode drew a season high of 1.8 million viewers, making Big Brother the number one show nationally and in all four key major markets (A18-49).
BIG BROTHER 14 DATA HIGHLIGHTS FOR THURSDAY, JULY 19TH (All data Adults 18-49):
- Won the night nationally in the key Adults 18-49 demo with 1 million viewers
- Won the night in all four major markets
- Increased in audience over last Thursday's premiere nationally by 9%
- Increased in audience over last Thursday's premiere in Toronto by 11% and Vancouver by 26%
Hot off the heels of Big Brother, Rookie Blue had a great night as well, winning its timeslot again and up 16% (2+) and 18% (A18-49) nationally over last week.
