CALGARY, May 1, 2018 /CNW/ - Anthem has acquired three industrial income producing properties in Calgary, with a fourth under firm and binding contract.
Together, 635 46th Ave NE, 4155 75th Ave SE, and 4905 77th Ave SE represent a combined 176,000 SF of Gross Leasable Area on 8.25 acres of land. These three assets are currently 100% leased to a diverse tenant roster, reflecting their strategic locations in the Greenview and Foothills industrial nodes of the city. Anthem also has an additional industrial asset of approximately 77,000 SF in GLA under firm and binding contract to purchase this summer.
