Appeals Withdrawn on Kern County approval of Soledad Mining Project

VANCOUVER, May 25 /CNW/ - Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. is pleased to announce that the appellants have withdrawn their respective appeals of the Kern County Planning Commission's decision to approve the Soledad Mining project. As previously announced in the Company's April 22, 2010 news release, the appeals had been filed by a private land-holder and a regulatory agency of the State of California. The Company is very encouraged by this latest development as it continues to advance the Soledad Mining Project.
