A three-year mandate for Ms. Connie L. Graham
OTTAWA, June 18, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, today announced the appointment of Ms. Connie L. Graham as chairperson of the board of directors of the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for a term of three years.
Since 2012, Ms. Graham has been a director on the board of the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited. She also serves as a director for London Hydro and as a vice-chair of the Fanshawe College Foundation. She was the chairperson of Habitat for Humanity London from 2007 to 2011, and prior to that was vice-president of South Winds Development for more than 10 years.
Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Suffolk University in Boston and holds a Canadian Director certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is also a member of the Canadian Board Diversity Council's Diversity 50 class of 2013, and was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.
