Argent Energy Trust confirms May 2014 distribution

CALGARY, May 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Argent Energy Trust ("Argent" or the "Trust") (TSX: AET.UN) today announced that the cash distribution to be paid on June 23, 2014, in respect of the period from and including May 1 to May 31, 2014, for unitholders of record on May 30, 2014 will be $0.02 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is May 28, 2014.

The annualized distribution of $0.24 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of approximately 8.66% based on the closing price of the trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on May 15, 2014 of $2.77¹.
