Argent Energy Trust reports voting results of election of directors

CALGARY, May 23, 2013 /CNW/ - Argent Energy Trust ("Argent" or the "Trust") (TSX: AET.UN) is pleased to announce that at its annual meeting of unitholders held on May 23, 2013 each of the seven nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated April 11, 2013 were elected as directors of Argent Energy Ltd., the administrator of the Trust, to serve until the next annual meeting of unitholders or until their successors are duly elected. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
