ARISE Discussing Possible Transaction Involving Silicon Technology Assets

WATERLOO, ON, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - ARISE Technologies Corporation ("ARISE" or "the Company") (TSX: APV and Frankfurt: A3T), a leader in high-performance, high-quality, cost-effective solar technology, today announced that it has signed a non-binding Expression of Interest with a Fortune 500 company regarding a possible transaction involving ARISE's 7N+ high-purity (99.99999% purity) silicon technology assets.

ARISE has granted the other party a specific period of exclusivity within which to conduct detailed due diligence, develop a business plan with ARISE and establish terms for a potential definitive agreement. No specific terms or value has been determined or agreed to between the parties at this point.
