Armtec Infrastructure Inc. Announces Final Director Voting Results and Appointment of New Chairman

CONCORD, ON, June 17, 2014 /CNW/ - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Corporation") (TSX: ARF; ARF.DB) today announced the final director election results from the 2014 annual meeting of its shareholders held on June 17, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario (the "Meeting").
The director nominees listed in the table below were all elected as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The number of shares, which were voted in favour of or withheld from voting by proxy for the election of each such director, were as follows:

Armtec today also announced the appointment of Ron V. Adams as the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation effective as of the close of the Meeting. Mr. Adams has been a director of the Corporation since 2009 and succeeds retiring Chairman Robert J. Wright, who has led the Board since 2004.
