Armtec Infrastructure Inc. to Hold Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 24, 2013

GUELPH, ON, June 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Corporation") (TSX: ARF; ARF.DB) will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. (ET).  In addition to regular annual meeting matters, shareholders will be asked to consider: a change of the municipality of the registered office of the Corporation; certain amendments to the Corporation's stock option plan; and the reconfirmation of, and certain amendments to, the Corporation's shareholder rights plan.

The meeting will take place at the TMX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, Main Floor, the Gallery, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. Following the formal meeting, there will be a presentation by management and a question and answer session.
