Armtec Infrastructure Inc. to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 17, 2014

CONCORD, ON, June 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Corporation") (TSX: ARF) (ARF.DB) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. (ET).

The meeting will take place at the TMX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, Main Floor, the Gallery, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. Following the formal meeting, there will be a presentation by management and a question and answer session.
