Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund Announces Cash Distributions for November &
December 2010

GUELPH, ON, Nov. 4, 2010 /CNW/ - Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX: ARF.UN and ARF.DB) today announced that the distribution for the months of November and December have been set at $0.18 per unit. For the month of November, the distribution will be paid in cash on December 15, 2010, to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2010; for December, the distribution will be paid in cash on January 14, 2011, to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2010.
