Aroga Technologies Updates on Vizzeco & LB Systems Research Inc. Partnership and Global Google Reseller Rights
TORONTO, Nov. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Aroga Technologies Ltd. (Aroga) is pleased to announce a Consortium Partnership agreement with LB Systems Research Inc. (LB systems) and Vizzeco Inc. (Vizzeco), providing Aroga with access to Vizzeco's globally-reaching Google Apps Reseller agreement.
LB Systems is in the process of going public, having filed its documentation as a Florida-based company listing on the OTC. As a direct result of the combined consortium, LB Systems has committed to invest $2.5 million dollars (CDN) in acquiring Vizzeco shares, with first right of refusal of acquiring controlling interest of Vizzeco. A private placement supporting this commitment and the acquisition of additional resellers will be made public through an offering in Q1 of 2015.
Aroga signed a strategic agreement with LB Systems, a research, development and manufacturer company focused on developing products and strategies to maximize the social contributions of people with disabilities. LB Systems' purpose is to achieve this goal through the development of intellectual property (IP) and product manufacturing for non-traditional education markets. Additionally, Aroga and LB Systems have signed agreements with Vizzeco, giving them the ability to provide Google Apps for Education ("Schoogle") and Google for Work.
Vizzeco is a Google Cloud solutions implementation company. Its partnership with Aroga and LB Systems combines over 400 person-years of experience in both mainstream and assistive technologies. The Aroga, LB Systems and Vizzeco partnership (the partnership) will deliver custom IT solutions and optimized cloud computing resources to organizations while building upon current and future assistive technology capabilities.
