arrive alive DRIVE SOBER© Partners With TTC, GO Transit and OPP for Three-Day Awareness Blitz
TORONTO, July 30, 2014 /CNW/ - Beginning with the annual TTC awareness day at Yonge and Bloor on July 30th at 07:00, arrive alive DRIVE SOBER® will execute a three-day effort to save lives on our roads.
Throughout the morning rush hour on JULY 30th, more than 5,000 TTC riders will receive information about sober driving. On Thursday, JULY 31st from 14:30 to 18:00,tour awareness efforts will continue in partnership with GO Transit and the community of Whitby, Durham Region. During these times arrive alive DRIVE SOBER will be at the Whitby GO station sharing information with GO Transit riders. And, arrive alive DRIVE SOBER will join the OPP at Highway 400 King City ONroute on Friday August 1st from 06:00 to 12:00 to promote safe driving and recreational vehicle use over the long weekend.
arrive alive DRIVE SOBER has been attending events all summer including golf tournaments, safety days, Youth Day Toronto, youth conferences, and our own 20th Annual Drive Straight Golf Tournament.
