CALGARY, Feb. 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Captiva Verde Industries Ltd. ("Captiva" or the "Company") reports that because of the strength of the Company's previously announced Farm Plan, its President is seeking to personal raise $2.5 Million to subscribe for the majority of the previously announced 10 million units (10,000,000) at $0.25 CDN per unit. The Company has subscription receipts in trust and the President's participation will not disqualify those subscribers from participating.
