ASC alleges Edmonton resident Errin Kimball made prohibited representations
CALGARY, June 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) staff have issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Edmonton resident Errin Keith Kimball illegally traded and distributed Western Canadian Oil Sands Inc. securities and made prohibited representations to an investor in relation to Western Canadian Oil Sands Inc.
An appearance to set a date for a hearing into the allegations is scheduled at 1 p.m. on July 10, 2012 in the ASC Hearing Room, 5th floor, 250 - 5th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
