ASC alleges Ronald Cadman and Travis Cadman breached undertaking
CALGARY, Jan. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) staff have issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Ronald William Cadman and Travis Alfred Cadman acted as directors and officers of numerous Alberta companies in breach of a written undertaking each had given to the Executive Director of the Commission. In doing so, ASC staff also allege the two men acted contrary to the public interest.
These allegations have not been proven.
An appearance to set a date for a hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 9 a.m. in the ASC Hearing Room, 5th Floor, 250 – 5th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
