ASC cease trades OmniArch Global Bond Corporation
CALGARY, Aug. 8, 2016 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued a cease trade order against OmniArch Global Bond Corporation. The cease trade order was issued after ASC staff determined OmniArch Global Bond Corporation's offering memorandum dated November 27, 2015 was not completed in accordance with Alberta securities laws.
The cease trade order prohibits all trading or purchasing in OmniArch Global Bond Corporation securities until the cease trade order has been revoked or varied.
