ASC discontinues proceedings against Dane Michael Skinner

CALGARY, June 7, 2012 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has withdrawn all allegations contained in an August 18, 2011 Notice of Hearing and discontinued proceedings against 1367158 Alberta Ltd., 1366983 Alberta Ltd. and Dane Michael Skinner.
