ASC Executive Director releases edatanetworks Inc. and its former President from undertakings
CALGARY, July 26, 2019 /CNW/ - The Executive Director of the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued letters to edatanetworks Inc. (edata) and Terrence Tietzen, releasing them from undertakings they provided in 2018.
Edata and Mr. Tietzen provided undertakings not to trade, distribute or resell securities issued by edata. Based in part on certain representations made by edata and its legal counsel, these undertakings are no longer in effect. The release letters to edata and to Mr. Tietzen can be found on the ASC website at albertasecurities.com.
The ASC cautions that a release from undertakings is not and should not be interpreted as an approval, review or endorsement of any person, company or investments.
