ASC provides accommodation for flood related late interim and annual filings
CALGARY, June 27, 2013 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) today issued ASC Notice 51-703 Flood related late interim and annual filings in response to the impact recent flooding in the province has had on Alberta-based issuers and their advisors.
The Notice explains that ASC staff intend to delay taking regulatory action for five business days if an issuer with a head office in Alberta is unable, due to flood related issues, to comply with the annual filing deadline of June 28, 2013 or the interim or annual filing deadline of July 2, 2013.
