ASC sanctions Lethbridge-based Front Row Tickets
CALGARY, Nov. 26 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has sanctioned 1205676 Alberta Ltd. operating as Front Row Tickets, Windy Ridge Investments Ltd., 660648 Alberta Ltd. operating as S & I Holdings and S & I Holdings (Ticket Today), Jason Allan Hunt, Anthony Pittarelli, Sam Sakai Tamura, Giovanna Campanelli-Pittarelli, Robert Claire Pilling, Daniel Neil McLeod, Jimmy Ross Creason and Jamie Craig Creason for the illegal trades and distributions of Front Row Tickets securities. The ASC also sanctioned Pilling and McLeod for making misleading or untrue statements to investors.
In its sanction decision, the ASC panel ordered:
- All trading in or purchasing of Front Row Tickets securities cease and Front Row Tickets be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions, unless and until the Executive Director of the ASC issues a receipt for a prospectus in respect of any securities that Front Row Tickets wishes to trade;
- Windy Ridge be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for 10 years;
- 660648 Alberta Ltd. be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for seven years;
- Hunt be banned from trading in or purchasing securities, using Alberta securities laws exemptions and acting as a director or officer of any issuer for 10 years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $85,000 and $25,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- Pittarelli be banned from trading in or purchasing securities, using Alberta securities laws exemptions and acting as a director or officer of any issuer for eight years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $70,000 and $20,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- Tamura be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for seven years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $30,000 and $15,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- Campanelli-Pittarelli be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for five years. She must also pay an administrative penalty of $25,000 and $10,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- Pilling be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for 10 years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $25,000 and $10,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- McLeod be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for eight years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $25,000 and $5,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing;
- Jimmy Creason be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for 10 years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $20,000 and $10,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing; and
- Jamie Creason be banned from trading in or purchasing securities and using Alberta securities laws exemptions for three years. He must also pay an administrative penalty of $5,000 and $5,000 towards the costs of the investigation and hearing.
