/CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Calgary-based Delta 3 Capital Corporation Inc. and its directors Darrell W. Dunn, Mike Gottselig and Luke Brzeski engaged in illegal sales of Delta 3 Capital Corporation Inc. securities to Alberta residents.
ASC staff allege that between
November 2007
and
February 2008
, Delta 3 Capital Corporation Inc. entered into investment agreements with Alberta investors and raised
$1 million
to facilitate the investors' participation in a "Secured T-Bill Trading Program". ASC staff allege that Delta 3 Capital Corporation Inc., Dunn, Gottselig and Brzeski made misrepresentations and prohibited representations to Alberta investors when they told the investors that they could expect to receive a total return on investment of 165 per cent if they invested in the "Secured T-Bill Trading Program" for a period of 13 months.
