ASC suspends Frank Capital Partners' registration
CALGARY, Feb. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - The Executive Director of the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has temporarily suspended the registration of Frank Capital Partners Inc., an Exempt Market Dealer, effective immediately. Frank Capital Partners' registration is suspended for 15 days, unless extended by the Executive Director. During this time, Frank Capital Partners and its individual sales representatives are prohibited from carrying on the activities of a registered dealer of securities.
The Executive Director will consider whether the suspension of Frank Capital Partner's registration should be permanent at a hearing set for March 9, 2012.
