Ascend Canada Fall Conference Features CEO Panel on Diversity in Leadership
Panel to include leaders from top financial and professional services organizations
TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Ascend Canada, a non-profit organization working to enhance the presence, influence and visibility of current and future Pan-Asian business leaders in Canada, will host its fourth annual fall conference on September 17, 2015, at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel in Toronto.
This year's conference, Elevate Your Brand – Set Yourself Apart, will feature a CEO panel comprising Marc-André Blanchard, Chair and CEO, McCarthy Tétrault; Mary Forrest, President and CEO, Munich Re, North America (Life); Donald Guloien, President and CEO, Manulife; and Bharat Masrani, Group President and CEO, TD Bank Group. Topics for discussion will include the importance of diversity in leadership, what Corporate Canada is doing to leverage diverse talent and how to establish a distinctive personal brand to grow your career.
