With a mission to advance pan-Asian talent to their fullest potential, Ascend Canada regularly offers programming throughout the year to develop leadership skills, and provide mentoring and networking opportunities. The fall conference is one of Ascend Canada's annual marquee events, bringing together hundreds of professionals and influential leaders.

"Ascend Canada is proud to expand its fall conference this year to a full day of learning and professional development, inspiring our pan-Asian leaders of tomorrow."
The conference agenda focuses on how to drive change by thinking differently. Conference participants will learn about a wide range of topics with special guests:

- Innovation amongst Entrepreneurs: Panel discussion with prominent innovators like Aneela Zaib (CEO, Emergitel) and Kathy Chen (Founder, Redwood Classic Apparel)
- The Executive Landscape: Insights from Talent Recruiters (Bojan Pavlovic, Senior Partner, Korn Ferry and Jay Rosenzweig, Founder, Rosenzweig & Company)
