Ashlar Urban Realty Announces Acquisition of Smith Company
One of Canada's largest independent commercial real estate firms adds enhanced local knowledge and an enterprising spirit
TORONTO, July 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Ashlar Urban Realty Inc. announced today its acquisition of Smith Company. The transaction brings together two great companies to create one of the most dynamic commercial real estate firms on the street. The transaction closed today, with all current Smith Company employees set to relocate to the Ashlar location at 166 Pearl Street in Toronto early next week.
Ashlar Urban Realty is one of Canada's largest independent commercial real estate firms and the addition of Smith Company personnel will bring Ashlar's team to more than 30 real estate professionals.
