Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. announces date for second quarter results and strategic transaction update

TORONTO, Aug. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. today announced that it will release its second quarter results on August 21, 2014 at approximately 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

At this time, the Company will also provide an update regarding the pending transaction with Beidahuang State Farm Group.
