Assante grows in Atlantic Canada with the addition of six advisors

DARTMOUTH, NS, April 20, 2016 /CNW/ - Assante Wealth Management has announced that it has acquired the assets of Ramey Investments Inc. Six advisors from Ramey, who are highly regarded in Nova Scotia, have also joined Assante.

Keith Ramey, Gary Ramey, Tim Ramey, Blaine Conrad, Paul Nauss and Ralph Wilson have joined Assante Financial Management Ltd. and are servicing clients mainly in Nova Scotia from their existing location in Dartmouth. Gary Ramey continues as branch manager.

Ramey Investments is a metro-based independent firm that has been serving Nova Scotia since 1975 and recently celebrated its 40^th anniversary.
