December 31, 2009

REGINA, Dec. 15 /CNW/ - Assiniboia Farmland Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") announces that a cash distribution of $0.4275 per Unit has been declared, for a payable date of December 31, 2009 , to unitholders of record on December 15, 2009 .

About Assiniboia Farmland Limited Partnership

The Partnership was established to provide investors with an opportunity to gain exposure to Saskatchewan farmland. This distribution brings the total cash distributed to unitholders for 2009 to $0.74 per unit.
