Assiniboia Farmland Limited Partnership Declares Final Cash Distribution and Winds-up Operations
REGINA, Saskatchewan, May 18, 2016 /CNW/ - Assiniboia Farmland Limited Partnership (the Partnership) announces that a cash distribution of $3.50 per Unit has been declared, for a payable date of May 26, 2016, to Unitholders of record on May 18, 2016.
This will be the final cash distribution made by the Partnership and is a result of the Partnership receiving the final payment associated with the 2014 sale of its farmland portfolio. Immediately on making this final cash distribution, the Partnership will wind-up operations and issue final T5013 slips to Unitholders shortly thereafter.
To ensure smooth distribution of the T5013 slips, Unitholders whose mailing address has changed in the last two years are reminded to send a change of address notice via email to [email protected].
