Aston Hill reports voting results of election of directors

("Aston Hill" or the "Company") (TSX: AHF) is pleased to announce that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 6, 2013 each of the six nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated May 3, 2013 were elected as directors of Aston Hill.
