Aston Hill Reports Voting Results of the Election of Directors

CALGARY, May 29, 2014 /CNW/ - Aston Hill Financial Inc. ("Aston Hill" or the "Company") (TSX:AHF) is pleased to announce that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2014 each of the seven persons proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated April 21, 2014 were elected as directors of Aston Hill.  The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
