Aston Hill Reports Voting Results of the Election of Directors

CALGARY, May 21, 2015 /CNW/ - Aston Hill Financial Inc. ("Aston Hill" or the "Company") (TSX:AHF) is pleased to announce that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 20, 2015 each of the eight proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated April 13, 2015 were elected as directors of Aston Hill. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
