Aston Hill reports voting results of the election of directors and the continuance of Aston Hill under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario)

TORONTO, June 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Aston Hill Financial Inc. ("Aston Hill" or the "Company") (TSX: AHF) is pleased to announce that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2016 each of the six persons proposed as directors, and listed in its management information circular dated May 16, 2016, were elected as directors of Aston Hill.  The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
