Astral Media Inc. Announces Payment of Semi-annual Dividend

MONTREAL, May 28 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of Astral Media Inc., (TSX: ACM.A/ACM.B) at a meeting held on May 6, 2010, declared a semi-annual dividend of twenty-five cents (25 cents) per share on the Class A Non-voting Shares and the Class B Subordinate Voting Shares of the Corporation payable July 30, 2010 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on July 14, 2010.

Astral Media Inc. designates this dividend to be an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act and its equivalent in the provincial jurisdictions of Canada.
