Wealth management firm continues to recruit key talent in major markets
ATLANTA, June 24, 2014 /CNW/ - Atlantic Trust, the U.S. private wealth management division of CIBC (NYSE: CM) (TSX: CM), is pleased to announce the addition of Amanda G. Marsted to the firm's New York office as managing director and senior relationship manager.

As a managing director and senior relationship manager, Marsted's primary areas of focus are on providing customized asset allocation and investment strategies for her clients within the context of their tax, estate and charitable planning priorities. She brings more than 19 years of experience to the firm from Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where she managed assets for high-net-worth individuals. She has also worked as an equity analyst for New Frontier Capital L.L.C. and Federated Global Investment Management.
Marsted graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a major in French and minor in economics and earned an M.A. in international economics from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Atlantic Trust has hired 20+ professionals year-to-date, including 11 at the vice president level or above; seven are client relationship managers in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver and Houston. The firm plans to hire more than 30 professionals in 2014.
